- Spills: Blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, use warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap — then dry the surface thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners including Magic Erasers, Comet, Scotch-Brite pads, and Clorox wipes.
- Protection: Use coasters, placemats, or trivets on all surfaces. Our hand-applied finishes are durable, but they’re not indestructible.
- Scratches or damage: A professionally applied coat of our water-based topcoat will reseal the piece. Touch kits with full instructions are available for purchase directly from us.
How do I set up a trade account?
Start by purchasing our finish sample deck — $25, and it serves as your opening order. Once your account is active, you’ll have access to wholesale pricing, CAD services, and direct support from our team.
Can I request finish samples?
Yes — the sample deck is the starting point. If you’re not sure whether your existing deck is current, email orders@tritterfeefer.com and we’ll confirm.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum beyond the initial sample deck purchase. Order what the project calls for.
How do I view pricing?
Log in to your trade account and click “Wholesale Price List.” If you’ve lost your password, email orders@tritterfeefer.com and we’ll get you back in.
How do I customize an order?
Nearly everything in the line can be modified — dimensions, finish, hardware, or some combination. We also build from sketches and reference photos. Once your deposit is received, we’ll send CAD drawings for your approval before production begins.
For added precision, we provide detailed CAD drawings once your order is placed and the deposit is received. This gives you a clear visual representation of your custom piece.

How do I place an order?
Email orders@tritterfeefer.com with your quote request or purchase order. We’ll send a formal estimate — review it, approve it, and submit your 50% deposit to start production. You’ll receive an order acknowledgment confirming everything. Freight is typically billed directly by the carrier. TF NOW Collection and hardware orders require full payment at time of order.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all custom furniture orders. This deposit secures your order and initiates the production process. Once you approve the estimate and pay your deposit, you will receive an order acknowledgment as confirmation of your purchase.
Freight charges are typically billed directly by the freight carrier unless special circumstances apply. Please note that all Tritter Feefer NOW Collection and hardware orders require 100% payment at the time of order placement.
What is the lead time?
Our current production time is 6–8 weeks, including custom orders.
